get to know maru
Your everyday life, connected a little at a time.
Meals and your CGM sit at the center.
Connect more — sleep, activity — and they become part of each day's context.
- 01
Snap a photo of your meal.
Log what you eat with a photo. AI estimates the food and portion, and you can correct it yourself. Add a short note for how you felt, too.
- 02
Line it up with your CGM readings.
Connect a compatible CGM and you can look back at how your glucose moved after each meal. It can take a little time for the data to reach maru.
You'll need to arrange your sensor separately — maru doesn't sell them. Check the guidance at sign-up for supported devices and how to connect.
- 03
Look back through the reports you receive.
Each morning brings a look at the day before. At the end of a sensor session, you get a look at the whole stretch. Read back through what your meals and daily life have shown you.

apple health
Starting from whatever you already track,
your context builds up.
Apple Watch is one way in — for sleep and activity.
Weight connects through a different path: a compatible scale, or entering it yourself.
What kind of night you had. Whether you walked after a meal.
Day-to-day change, as background for knowing yourself.
Start with whatever you already have — no pressure to add more.
Only records you've allowed to share and connected to maru are included. Apple Watch and a smart scale aren't required. Apple Watch doesn't measure weight itself, and not every item appears in every report.

This isn't an app about racking up a streak. It's about using whatever you did log as a clue, getting to know yourself a little at a time. We try to leave room for that.
If you get stuck on device or permission settings, check the guidance at sign-up, or reach out to support.
